One thing I'd highly suggest to anyone reading this review is to please do your research on who you want to use. Another local realtor in the MR valued our property at $45k less than what Helen did.. Our property sold in 3 weeks, so Helen's estimated value was right on target and not at all 'over expectations' or trying to just 'money grab'. As a young family I still feel sick thinking about what money we may have lost if we didn't have Helen's understanding of the current market.
